Manchester United will be without Bruno Fernandes for their next game agaiinst Burnley after the playmaker picked up a yellow card in the draw at Newcastle.

The Red Devils will host Burnley on Thursday but will have to do without their No 18.

Edinson Cavani’s second-half strike rescued a point after what was a subdued performance at St James’ Park.

Fernandes has played as one of the forward thinking midfielders in a 4-2-2-2 formation recently introduced by Ralf Rangnick.

Marcus Rashford played alongside him, but Jadon Sancho may now get the nod to replace Fernandes against the Clarets.
